What data we process
Inquiry data: company name, contact person, business email, phone, VAT ID, requested products, quantities, delivery destination and any message you send us.
Order data: billing and delivery details processed by our online store provider when you buy from our shop.
Technical data: aggregated, anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, approximate country, referring site).
Why we process it and on what legal basis
To answer B2B inquiries and prepare quotations — pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
To fulfil orders, invoicing and accounting — contract performance and legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).
To keep the website secure and measure aggregated traffic — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not lead to a business relationship: up to 24 months.
Accounting and tax records: 10 years, as required by Czech law.
Who receives your data
Our hosting and database providers, our online store provider (Shopify), and our accounting and logistics partners — each only to the extent needed to deliver the service.
We never sell personal data. Transfers outside the EU take place only under the safeguards allowed by the GDPR.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on it.
