These general terms apply to offers, orders and deliveries made by Salimpex International s.r.o., unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Offers and prices
Wholesale prices published on this website are indicative, quoted per kilogram, excluding VAT, EXW our warehouse in Prague, Czech Republic, and subject to availability.
A binding price is the one stated in our written quotation or order confirmation for a specific lot and quantity.
Orders and delivery
A contract is concluded when we confirm your order in writing. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed as binding.
Risk passes according to the agreed Incoterms; unless agreed otherwise, deliveries are EXW Prague.
Product specification and quality
Vanilla is a natural agricultural product. Length, moisture, vanillin content and appearance vary by harvest, curing method and lot, and are always confirmed by the specification and certificate of analysis of the batch offered.
Claims about quantity or visible defects must be notified within 7 days of receipt, with photographic evidence and the lot number.
Payment
Unless agreed otherwise, wholesale orders are payable in advance by bank transfer. Retail orders are paid at checkout in our online store.
Consumer rights and governing law
Consumers buying through our online store have the statutory rights of withdrawal and of defective performance under Czech law; food products that are unsealed after delivery may be excluded from withdrawal for hygiene reasons.
These terms are governed by Czech law. The courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
